GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions govern the online sale of products offered by OPTIM, S.A. through the website www.optim.vision. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Orders
All orders must be placed in writing via the website, email, or channels enabled by OPTIM. Modifications must be confirmed in writing.
3. Prices
The rates applied are those previously agreed upon by the parties.
All items priced at €1 that may appear in our catalogue or spare parts section are UNPRICED items.
The price of €1 is not the actual selling price.
4. Confirmation and firmness
The purchase is considered firm and subject to the economic conditions previously agreed upon by the parties.
5. Delivery and complaints
The customer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and record any incidents on the carrier's delivery note (shortages, damages, opened packages…).
6. Quality control and returns
The buyer has a period of 72 hours from the receipt of the order to inspect the goods as part of their quality control. Any incidents or claims must be communicated in writing within this period to the email address atencion@optim.vision.
The customer may request the return of the product within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns must have prior written authorisation from OPTIM. Returns that have not been previously authorised will not be accepted.
OPTIM will manage the collection of the product through its usual logistics channels for all authorised returns resulting from shipping errors or defects.
If the return is due to a change of mind or unilateral decision by the buyer, the shipping must be arranged at their own expense and the transport costs will be borne by them.
In both cases, it will be essential to obtain prior written authorisation from OPTIM.
7. Rejection of unauthorised returns
OPTIM reserves the right to return the received parts without prior agreement and to charge the transportation costs to the buyer.
8. Product warranty
All our products meet the strictest quality requirements in accordance with current European Standards.
The glasses come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, thus covering any manufacturing defects that may have escaped our control in compliance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 of 7 April.
Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days. Once the defect has been verified, OPTIM will replace the product. Returns outside of this period or for damages resulting from improper handling will not be accepted.
9. Sale Limitations
The marketed products (optical frames and sunglasses) may only be sold in optical establishments.
10. Payment conditions
The payment must be made to the bank account indicated by OPTIM or at its registered office. In the case of direct debit, the buyer expressly agrees to the charge to the indicated account.
11. Payment defaults
The invoiced amounts are insured through credit insurance companies. In the event of non-payment, and following a formal claim by OPTIM, it will be the insurer who initiates the corresponding legal proceedings.
12. After-sales service
The After-Sales Service is not free of charge. Only manufacturing defects will be covered at no cost. Any other damage resulting from use, handling, or misuse will be assessed by the Technical Service and quoted.
13. Acceptance of terms
Placing an order implies the express acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
15. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
The buyer, by virtue of being one, expressly accepts the current general terms of sale.
16. Data Protection
In compliance with current regulations, OPTIM, S.A. informs that your data will be retained for the legally established periods. You can contact our Data Protection Officer by phone at 934809393.
